You should be flexible with the timing of the grass cutting.  In periods of very dry weather, you may not need to cut as frequently, and if it is very wet you may find you need to cut more often.  You may on occasion be asked to bring forward the grass cutting in the churchyard to accommodate special events such as weddings or festivals.
You should liaise with the Clerk as necessary.
In the Churchyard the grass should be collected each time.  In the Cemetery, it is enough if the grass is collected only on the first cut.  In these locations, there are areas at the rear where the grass cuttings can be disposed of.
Care should be taken to avoid damage when working around the gravestones in the churchyard and cemetery.   These should be strimmed rather than cut round with mower.

Contact the clerk for more details.
