            To agree, if necessary, to temporary suspend the meeting for a period of no more than 10mins to

            allow for public Participation.

            To approve & sign the Minutes of the Meeting held on 14th December 2023

            To record declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 for any listed agenda

2024/7 Defibrillator

  1. To approved the purchase of Paediatric Defib pads at the cost of £123 ex vat due to the expiry date of current pads
  2. To discuss the yearly WLDC Defib scheme commencing April 2024 and decide future actions

 

2024/8 LALC

  1. Annual Fee 2024/25 - to approve the annual fee of £188.76 to be paid 1st April 2024
  2. To discuss whether to join the annual training scheme at a cost of £110 +vat

 

2024/9 Speed Reactive Device – High St

            To receive details and an update since the last meeting

 

2024/10 WLDC Garden waste bin

              To consider the renewal of the garden waste bin at the cemetery at a cost of £44pa

 

2024/11 Internal Auditors Report

             To receive and note any comments

 

2024/12 PC Credit/debit card

              To consider applying for a credit/debit card following the Internal Auditors report

 

2024/13 Police

  1. Monthly report for NC05 area December & January (sent prior)
  2. New Community Beat Manager – PC Sam Key
  3. Parish Council Engagement Session on Road Safety Tue 20th February (two members)
  4. LWL Parish Council Engagement Session - Thursday 4th July 2024 (one member)

 

2024/14 Budget and Council Tax Proposal 2024/25

              To discuss the proposals and approved any comments to submit

 

2024/15 Highways

              To consider any highways matters & determine any actions required

2024/16 Flagpole

              To discuss/received quotes to replace existing pole due to damage and any future actions

 

2024/17 Solar Farms

              To receive any updates and discuss further actions required

               

2024/18 Planning

    To receive any correspondence/decisions by WLDC and discuss any planning applications.
