2022/345 Minutes of last Meetings

                The Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 10h February 2022 was approved and signed as true &

               correct record Resolved

2022/346 Declarations of Interest

                None received

2022/347 Representatives Report

                Crime report received from Saxilby Police, Cllr Buttroid – contact him if required

2022/348 Clerks Report

• Transparency code – assets register has been added on the website
• The Reactive Speed signs invoice has been paid plus pole invoice – making a difference with speeding
• Barclays mandate – in process
• Litter bin – enquiry was sent to WL but still not had a reply
• Letter sent to S Webster
• Secret Garden railings/hedging – Cllr Buttroid enquiring about railings/hedge but would be very surprised if HW replace them

2022/349 Meeting Dates 2022

                The dates for meetings until the end of 2022 were approved as the 2nd Thurday of each month, except

                October 6th, with no meeting in August and the Annual Parish Meeting on Thursday 21st  April, all meetings

                at 8pm. Resolved

2022/350 TO ADOPT A NEW MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT

               All councillors approved & signed. Clerk to inform WLDC and send copies Resolved

2022/351 Parish Field Development

                Cllr Bates informed the council that the footpath was due to complete the following week.

2022/352 Platinum Jubilee

                The Jubilee Commemorative mugs for presentations were discussed and approved to order 70 mugs to be

                presented at the Jubilee celebrations.  Resolved The email from the Playing Field & Village Hall

                Committees was received.

2022/353 Grass Cutting Tender 2022

                Only one tender received, this was discussed & approved Heathers Property Services. Clerk to inform them.

2022/355 Interim internal audit report

                The report was received and recommendations noted.

2022/356 Solar Farms in West Lindsey

               Email received from Gate Burton Solar Farm regarding end of Stage 1, it was decided to invite them for an

               update prior to April meeting at 7,30pm.

2022/357 Fillingham Parish Meeting

                Email received and decided to invite Fillingham Parish Council to the meeting prior to the PC meeting in

               April with Gate Burton Solar Farm for an update.

               To receive any correspondence/decisions by WLDC and discuss any planning applications

                Ref: 144386 - Planning application for replacment garage and workshop with games room, office

                                       above including kennel block, Lowfields Farm South Lane no comments

                Ref: 144426 - Planning application for conversion and extension of garage including new detached

                                    double garage, 2 Secret Garden concerned about the number of trees that will be

                                            removed in this planning application
