2024/207 Grant Funding 2025
The Playing Field Committee sent the latest accounts as requested following the November PC meeting. The 2 separate Grant Funding requests were discussed, and it was approved to grant £2400 to the PF for the ongoing maintenance to be paid in April 2025. Resolved
It was agreed that the PF committees grant request for the septic tank/toilet facilities, be declined this time and for the committee to reapply once all the relevant permissions have been approved, and detailed quotes have been received, as only estimated costs at present. The decisions were taken, to keep the 2025/26 precept down as low as possible for the village residents.
2024/208 Cemetery
Cllr Clifton reported that he had visited the cemetery and was unable to level the ridge but will investigate further, to find out the root cause.
2024/209 Budget 2025/26
The 2025/26 Budget was discussed and approved at £16,692 Resolved
2024/210 Precept 2025/26
The Final Precept 2025/26 was approved at £16,000, clerk to submit to WLDC. Resolved
2024/211 Finance
The monthly accounts for payment & corresponding Bank Statements up to 30th November 2024, were approved as a true & correct record. Resolved
