                The Minutes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting & the May Meeting held on 18th May 2023 were approved and signed as true & correct record Resolved

                None received

               Police report emailed prior & received

2023/137 Clerks Report

• The PC Bank Mandate confirmation of change has been received
• AGAR 2022/23 Audit has been uploaded to the PC Website and the NOTICE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS AND PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY RETURN
• Parish Field Grant Funding – Evaluation Form has been submitted
• Email received from the wardens of St Helens Church regarding the state of the grass cutting. The clerk has been in contact with the grass cutter and he was leaving the spring flowers until fully died off as requested, he has now cut all but is leaving it to dry off and will do a more thorough cut next time.

                Received, no comments

• No reply regarding any information on lay-bys. Clerk to email LCC/WLDC
• Hedge – visibility on Stow Rd (North side Normanby Bridge)

               Response sent to the inspectorate for Gate Burton Solar.

               Tillbridge Solar  Statutory Consultation to 11 July 2023 – send same response objections.
