The Minutes of the PC Meeting held on 8th June 2023 were approved and signed as true & correct record Resolved

Monthly Crime report received from Saxilby Police
2023/153 Clerks Report
- Parish Field – clerk been in contact with the grass contractor regarding cutting the grass around the path and it will be done next week
- Laybys – still no response, email sent to WLDC & LCC
2023/154 Councillors Village Walk
The following issues identified:
Park Rd – kerbs: The Paddocks – no white lines after resurface; footpath condition – VH to
doctors; Trees overhanging footpath – High St; Grange Lane – hedge needs cutting back; Grange
Lane – grass area on corner (No.27); High St – green BT box needs removing; Bus Shelters Stow
Rd – graffiti & east side loose; Fence on public footpath leaning; Cemetery – not trimming inside
grave, bottom of hedge growing over graves, inside hedge needs cutting; road sweeper request;
new dog bin stickers; parking on corner/footpath near Howson House. Clerk to report, get quotes.
Bus shelters urgent, quotes to be obtained & to be cleaned/mended before next meeting.
2023/155 Summer Newsletter
Some village groups have sent articles but quite a few haven’t. Include – considerate parking; Thank you – litter pickers/planters; dogs. Approved to use LC Printing Services. S Faull agreed to
distribute with show schedule. Resolved

Tillbridge Consultation response sent, Gate Burton & Cottam to follow. Clerk states her confusion over all solar farms – not knowing at what stage each one at and not able to understand the official
